About Our New Bellevue Clinic
Opening in Fall 2026 at Newport Place, 4122 Factoria Blvd SE, Suite 104, in Bellevue’s Factoria neighborhood, our Bellevue clinic is planned to become the heart of Full Potential HRT Clinic in the greater Seattle area and the regional headquarters for our Washington medical team. Here, our Washington providers will train together, collaborate on complex care, and consistently uphold the high clinical standards that define Full Potential. The clinic will serve patients from Bellevue, Mercer Island, Newcastle, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Sammamish, Renton, Seattle, and communities throughout the Eastside.
Our Bellevue clinic will offer many of the same comprehensive in-house services available across the Full Potential system, delivered within a space designed for comfort, privacy, and efficiency.

Bellevue Services
Opening in Fall 2026, our Bellevue clinic will offer a range of hormone, metabolic, sexual health, aesthetic, and in-office clinical services for men and women. Services will be provided by Dr. Natalie Rubio and our Bellevue clinical support team, with access to additional treatments at other Full Potential locations when appropriate.
Testosterone & Hormone Replacement Therapy (TRT / HRT)
Personalized testosterone and hormone replacement therapy for men and women — addressing symptoms of low testosterone, hormone imbalance, perimenopause, and menopause. Our doctors may prescribe HCG or gonadorelin for men and provide comprehensive fertility support for both men and women while they are on TRT or HRT.
Beyond sex hormones, we also replace or optimize other key hormones when clinically indicated — including growth hormone, thyroid, cortisol, DHEA, aldosterone, vasopressin, oxytocin, and melatonin — to support full hormonal balance, long-term health, and longevity.
When appropriate, our providers also prescribe approved peptide therapies, including growth-hormone–boosting peptides (HGH secretagogues), as part of a comprehensive hormone replacement or optimization plan.

Our Bellevue clinic will provide personalized sexual health and performance care for men and women, including evaluation, hormone-related care, and medication-based treatment options when clinically appropriate. Dr. Natalie Rubio will also perform the Better Orgasm Shot™ for eligible female patients. Certain procedures, including POTENTWave™, POTENTShot™, and Better Orgasm Wave™, will not be offered in Bellevue at opening but Dr. Rubio will refer her patients to our Renton, WA clinic for those procedures.

Visit Our Bellevue Clinic in the Seattle Eastside
Full Potential HRT Clinic – Bellevue is opening at Newport Place in the heart of Factoria, with convenient access from I-90 and I-405. The clinic is well positioned to serve patients from Bellevue, Mercer Island, Newcastle, Issaquah, Sammamish, Renton, Seattle, Redmond, Kirkland, and communities throughout the Eastside. Newport Place is approximately four minutes from I-90 and six minutes from I-405.
From I-90:
Take the Factoria Boulevard SE exit and follow signs toward Factoria. Continue on Factoria Boulevard SE to Newport Place at 4122 Factoria Blvd SE. Turn into the Newport Place parking lot and park near the ground-floor clinic entrance.
From I-405:
Take the I-90 eastbound exit, then take the Factoria Boulevard SE exit. Follow Factoria Boulevard SE south to Newport Place at 4122 Factoria Blvd SE. Turn into the on-site parking lot and park near Suite 104.
Newport Place offers plenty of free parking immediately outside the clinic, so patients do not need to use a garage, pay a meter, or walk a long distance. The property is located next to Factoria Mall and has direct visibility along Factoria Boulevard SE.
You’ll find us on the ground floor in Suite 104 at 4122 Factoria Blvd SE, Bellevue, WA 98006. Once you arrive, simply park near the clinic entrance and come inside—our front desk team will be ready to welcome you.
