Meet Natasha Rusilko
Lead New Patient Concierge — Serving Patients Across the Seattle and Portland–Vancouver Metro Areas
Natasha’s Role
Natasha is often the first point of contact for most new patients — and the person who makes joining Full Potential effortless. Based primarily at our Tigard clinic, she supports both our Seattle-area and Portland-Vancouver metro locations by managing incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and guiding patients through membership options with warmth and professionalism.
Serving Patients Across the Seattle and Portland–Vancouver Metro Areas
As our Lead New Patient Concierge, Natasha helps new and existing patients with scheduling, treatment coordination, and ongoing care questions, ensuring every interaction feels smooth, personal, and well-informed. She combines deep knowledge of our therapies with a genuine passion for helping people feel comfortable, informed, and supported every step of the way.
When to Reach Natasha?
Natasha is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. These hours are designed around when patients and prospective patients most often want to talk about their care, memberships, or treatment options.
If you’d like to connect with her, it’s best to call or reply earlier in the day whenever possible. Many people reach out later in the afternoon, which can make same-day responses more difficult — and Natasha always wants to make sure you get the time and attention you deserve.
What made you want to work at Full Potential HRT Clinic?
When I discovered everything Full Potential offers, I was genuinely excited to join the team and become part of the patient experience. I love helping people feel better, and that is at the heart of what we do here every day.
I also appreciate the wide variety of services we provide and the opportunity to continue learning and growing in my role. It is rewarding to be part of a supportive team that challenges me, encourages my development, and gives me the resources I need to succeed.
What do you enjoy most about helping patients and being part of our team?
What I enjoy most is that we offer people hope and real solutions to help them feel like themselves again—all at a cost that is accessible for many patients. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch patients regain their confidence, energy, motivation, and overall quality of life as they progress through their treatment plans.
One of my favorite parts of the job is hearing patients share how much better they feel after starting hormone optimization therapy, medical weight loss, and our other services. Knowing we’ve played a small part in helping someone feel healthier and happier makes the work incredibly meaningful.
What’s something fun or unique to know about you?
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, growing my own vegetables, and getting lost in a good science fiction or fantasy novel. I also love discovering new recipes, spending time outdoors in the garden, and unwinding with a great story.
What do you enjoy most about living in the Pacific Northwest?
The food is definitely number one! I also love that we get to experience all four seasons and that the Pacific Northwest offers such an incredible variety of scenery. It’s pretty special to live somewhere where you can go from the ocean to the mountains in just a couple of hours.
