Hello and welcome! I’m grateful to be part of the team at Full Potential HRT Clinic in Renton, Washington, where my passion is helping patients look, feel, and perform at their absolute best. I believe every person deserves to feel vibrant, confident, and empowered in their health — and my role is to partner with you on that journey.
My practice focuses on hormone optimization, medical weight loss, regenerative medicine, and women’s sexual health, along with advanced aesthetic therapies that help patients look as good as they feel. I work with both men and women to restore balance and vitality through testosterone replacement therapy, other hormone replacement therapies, semaglutide and tirzepatide for weight management, peptide therapy, and neuromodulator treatments.

Before becoming a naturopathic doctor, I spent over 17 years in the beauty and skincare industry. Having faced my own skin challenges, I understand the frustration of surface-level solutions that don’t last. That experience inspired me to pursue naturopathic medical school, where I learned how true transformation comes from treating the whole person — inside and out — by addressing the root causes of imbalance.
At Full Potential, I’m proud to combine my background in aesthetics with expertise in hormone and regenerative medicine to help patients achieve lasting improvements in energy, confidence, and overall health.
Outside of the clinic, I value balance and joy. I love spending time with my playful Frenchie, Hawthorn, practicing mindful movement, experimenting in the kitchen, and crafting herbal remedies. These passions keep me grounded and remind me that health is not only about longevity, but about living fully and feeling your best every day.
