Testosterone & Hormone Replacement Therapy (TRT / HRT)
Personalized testosterone and hormone replacement therapy for men and women — addressing symptoms of low testosterone, hormone imbalance, perimenopause, and menopause. Our doctors may prescribe HCG or gonadorelin for men and provide comprehensive fertility support for both men and women while they are on TRT or HRT.
Beyond sex hormones, we also replace or optimize other key hormones when clinically indicated — including growth hormone, thyroid, cortisol, DHEA, aldosterone, vasopressin, oxytocin, and melatonin — to support full hormonal balance, long-term health, and longevity.

Barbara keeps Full Potential running smoothly behind the scenes. As Dr. Strait’s executive assistant and a key partner to the Administrative Operations Manager, she helps streamline workflows, implement new initiatives, and make sure everything stays on track—especially during new clinic openings, which she loves helping bring to life.

Full Potential HRT Clinic – Tigard is conveniently located just outside SW Portland, minutes from Tualatin, King City, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Beaverton, Sherwood, and Wilsonville. Patients from across the Portland metro area can reach us easily within 10–15 minutes via I-5 or Highway 217.
From the South (I-5 Northbound):
Take Exit 293 (Haines St) and follow the ramp to the intersection with SW Haines St. Turn left, continue straight across the freeway as the road becomes SW Atlanta Street, pass through SW 68th Ave, then turn right into our parking lot.
From the North (I-5 Southbound):
Take Exit 293 (Haines St) and follow the ramp to SW 68th Ave. Turn right and continue for about ½ mile, then turn left onto SW Atlanta Street, followed by an immediate right into our parking lot.
Our quiet, private parking lot is surrounded by trees, creating a calm, secluded environment from the moment you arrive. The entire main parking lot belongs to our clinic, offering abundant, easy parking close to the entrance. Drive to the end of the lot and park near Building #2, right next to the clinic entrance.
You’ll find us in Building #2 at 6900 SW Atlanta Street, Suite 120, Tigard, OR 97223. We occupy the entire second floor, though due to the slope of the landscape, the entrance appears at ground level.
