Administrative Operations Manager — Mike McMillan
Mike oversees administrative systems and day-to-day clinic operations across all Full Potential locations, ensuring every patient experience runs seamlessly. With an MBA in Healthcare Administration and a background in Public Health Management & Policy, he works closely with the leadership team to implement the clinic’s mission and vision—helping both patients and staff reach their full potential.
Tina — Medical Concierge
Tina is the first point of contact for most new patients and the person who makes joining Full Potential effortless. She guides prospective and current patients through our services and membership options with warmth and professionalism. She also supports existing patients with scheduling, treatment coordination, and ongoing care questions, ensuring every interaction feels smooth, personal, and well-informed. As Dr. Strait’s executive assistant and a key partner to the Administrative Operations Manager, she helps streamline workflows, implement new initiatives, and make sure everything stays on track—especially during new clinic openings, which she loves helping bring to life.
Chris Hutchinson — Medication & Billing Coordinator
Chris keeps Full Potential’s operations running smoothly behind the scenes by managing medication orders and patient billing with precision and care. He oversees medication submissions, tracks fulfillment, and resolves any issues to ensure patients receive their prescriptions without delay. Visit Our Tigard Clinic in the Portland Metro Area
Full Potential HRT Clinic – Tigard is conveniently located just outside SW Portland, minutes from Tualatin, King City, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Beaverton, Sherwood, and Wilsonville. Patients from across the Portland metro can reach us easily within 10–15 minutes via I-5 or Highway 217.
From the South (I-5 Northbound):
Take Exit 293 (Haines St) and follow the ramp to the intersection with SW Haines St. Turn left, continue straight across the freeway as the road becomes SW Atlanta Street, pass through the intersection with SW 68th Ave, then turn right into our parking lot.
From the North (I-5 Southbound):
Take Exit 293 (Haines St) and follow the ramp to the intersection with SW 68th Ave. Turn right and continue for about half a mile, then turn left at SW Atlanta Street, followed by an immediate right into our parking lot.
Our parking lot is quiet, private, and surrounded by trees, creating a calm, secluded environment from the moment you arrive. The entire lot belongs to our clinic, so there’s abundant, easy parking everywhere. Drive to the end and park right next to the clinic entrance at Building #2 — you can’t miss us. If you keep driving past the main parking lot it narrows and there is a small additional parking that does not belong to us.
You’ll find us in Building #2 at 6900 SW Atlanta Street, Suite 120, Tigard, OR 97223. We occupy the entire second floor, but thanks to the slope of the landscape, the entrance appears to be on the first floor.
